The hotel was immaculate with varied gym equipment but lacked English-speaking staff. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was comfortable. The service was exceptional with Fahri Yurt and night manager Ismail Getinicaja being friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to everything. The dining experience was delicious, but a letdown for full board guests. Facilities were great overall.

I loved the hotel's location! It's just by the beach and close to everything. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the lack of a dustbin was a downside. The service was fantastic, especially Natasha who was always so kind and helpful. The dining options were a bit limited, but the food was always tasty. A great value for money stay overall.
